Dr Ravin, has been a trainer and consultant for the past 33 years. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration and Master’s Degree in Corporate Communication (M.Sc). He is also a Certified Action Learning Coach – WIAL & Accredited Trainer with HRD Corp. He has helped hundreds of people to realize their potentials as employees for their organizations. Dr Ravin is a highly successful presenter and many clients rate him as “excellent”, “dynamic”,” captivating”, and “highly professional”. In his capacity as a management consultant, he has gained a lot of experiences and a high level of communication skills to interact effectively with his clients. With his deep passion to train people, he instils a certain flavour of excitement in participants to improve at their jobs. Currently he is focusing his training for the Hotels, Manufacturing and GLC companies   

As an experienced trainer he is excellent in developing people and teams, with the intention of empowering people to achieve their potential. He brings with him a wealth of experience, working and training people from all levels of organization and different business functions in companies from Malaysia, Brunei, Indonesia and Middle East

With his vast experience in the Education and Training industry, he has conducted many career skills workshops to promote employability among young graduates under the GEMs programmes. He is also a fantastic motivational speaker whose techniques are much appreciated by his clients. His repertoire includes empowering participants to take ownership and, in the process, make new discoveries about themselves. Dr Ravin’s ability to communicate with people is his greatest gift and he reaches out to his participants in a manner that is both thought provoking and intimate. He is blessed with the gift of the gab and can communicate to a wide range of participants who span the spectrum of age and race and social backgrounds.

Dr Ravin has developed training modules to train a world-wide audience ranging from the government sectors, Banking, Hotel, Industries and Corporate organizations. He has been a panel trainer for EPF, IPA Brunei, OUM-IPD, CEP Tailors University, SEDIA and Jabatan Alam Sekitar Labuan and many corporate companies. His specialized areas are training related to People Management, Customer service, Leadership, Emotional Intelligence and Team building topics. His motivational and energetic style, coupled with a dose of experiential learning concepts, has contributed to culture change in service staff attitudes. He has strong leadership and personal development qualities with the ability to take charge and follow through with a commitment to excellence. The ability to connect with the participants is perhaps one of Ravin’s strongest fortes, having been an active member of the education and Training system.

In addition to service-related training, Dr Ravin is also a Certified RPEL Assessor with the Great Britain Consortium of Colleges (GBCC) and Cardiff & Vales College United Kingdom. He conducts interviews and assesses experienced adult learners to upskill and increase their value to their organisation for the Level 4 Leadership and Management Diplomas.
